- Heavy strength work focused on upper body pulling and pressing, followed by a mile time trial. Expect 20-25 minutes of strength building (5x1 weighted CTB, 5x1 weighted dips) then a 6-10 minute mile effort. This is a test day combining max effort gymnastics strength with aerobic capacity.
