Stimulus
Seven-minute wall ball accumulator with a mandatory deadlift penalty every minute. The deadlifts eat 15-20 seconds per minute, leaving 40-45 seconds to accumulate wall ball reps. At 225/155 lb the deadlifts are heavy enough to be a genuine interrupt — not just a break. Score is total wall ball reps completed.
