Stimulus
Mixed modal test combining ascending ladder gymnastics endurance with maximal strength expression. Part A tests aerobic capacity and pulling stamina over 15 minutes with increasing volume. Part B demands CNS recovery and technical proficiency under fatigue for heavy thruster.
