- Ten fixed rounds of a light barbell couplet. The G2OH weight is light enough to cycle fast but the burpees grind athletes down over 10 rounds. Target is sub-12 minutes for competitive athletes. Pacing is critical — going out too fast leads to a massive slowdown in rounds 7-10.
