- CrossFit Central Scotland benchmark that combines Fran (thrusters + pull-ups), Elizabeth (squat cleans + ring dips), and Diane (deadlifts + HSPU) onto a single barbell. At 135/95 lb all three barbell movements must stay loaded throughout. Each pairing compounds fatigue into the next — thrusters drain the shoulders for pull-ups, squat cleans tax the legs before ring dips, and heavy deadlifts precede inverted pressing. One of the most punishing 21-15-9 formats in CrossFit.
