- Barbell complex-style AMRAP where the same bar stays loaded the entire time. Squat cleans into push presses into back squats creates a continuous flow — the bar never leaves the athlete between movements. 21 barbell reps per round at a moderate weight, punctuated by a 200 m run to keep the engine revving. The squat clean is the technical bottleneck; the back squats accumulate leg fatigue that compounds each round.
