Stimulus
Constant work with no rest for either partner. One grinds through sit-ups and burpees in a vest while the other runs 400 m, then they swap. The running partner sets the round length, so faster runs mean more total rounds of the AMRAP work. Expect 8-12 switches depending on run speed.
