- Scaled-down version of Murph — half the running and half the gymnastics volume. The 400m runs bookend 150 pull-ups, 300 push-ups, and 450 air squats across 5 rounds (when distributed evenly). Pull-up endurance and push-up volume are the limiting factors; the air squats typically feel easiest. A good introduction to the Murph format for athletes building toward the full workout.
