- 39-minute tri-erg EMOM with built-in rest. Pick a calorie target and hold it across all three machines for ~10 rounds. The challenge is finding a sustainable number — too aggressive and you blow up by round 6, too conservative and it's just cardio. Tests pacing discipline and multi-modal engine.
