Sustained aerobic grinder with heavy barbell cycling under fatigue. The back squats and pull-ups serve as a buy-in before athletes race to accumulate burpees. Sit-ups during rest prevent full recovery. Team coordination and consistent pacing across all three athletes are critical to finishing efficiently.
