Heavy front squat EMOM with double-unders as a quick opener each minute. 4 front squats at 225/155 lb is competition weight — this forces athletes to handle a heavy front rack position 40 times across 10 minutes. The 10 double-unders take roughly 10-15 seconds leaving 45-50 seconds for 4 demanding squats. Grip, upper back, and quad strength are all tested.
