Short, brutal EMOM hero WOD. The squat clean thruster is a full-chain movement — catch in the squat and drive overhead in one fluid motion — at a heavy load. Three reps followed by three bar-facing burpees in under 60 seconds is an extremely demanding minute of work. The rest window will shrink quickly as fatigue builds. Athletes need strong squat clean technique to survive all 8 rounds.
