- Massive 500-rep chipper spanning 10 movements across all major domains — barbell, kettlebell, gymnastics, monostructural. The clean-and-jerk at 135/95 lb for 50 reps and 50 wall climbs are the crux. This is a test of willpower and aerobic capacity more than peak strength. Expect to be moving for 40-60 minutes.
