Steady-state hero AMRAP using a bodyweight-relative thruster load. The low rep counts (3-5-7) are designed for unbroken sets throughout — the intensity comes from pace, not volume per round. Thrusters at 50% bodyweight are meaningful but sustainable. This workout rewards athletes who maintain a consistent rhythm for all 20 minutes.
