Stimulus
Long, high-volume hero WOD combining five movements across five rounds. Each round totals 65 reps plus a 400m run — 325 reps plus 2000m of running when complete. The chest-to-bar pull-ups and push-ups create compounding upper-body pulling and pushing fatigue that worsens as runs accumulate. Wall balls add a leg-shoulder demand between the two pressing elements. Expect splits to slow considerably after round 3.
