Long partner chipper hero WOD named for UK Corporal Martin Bell. Three decreasing row segments (2000/1000/500m) separate three distinct work blocks. Total partner work: 650 reps plus 3,500m of rowing. The decreasing row distances provide increasing urgency — the back half gets easier on the machine but harder on the body. Divide reps however you choose.
