Hero WOD with double-under bookends flanking 6 grinding rounds. The buy-in and cash-out create urgency at the start and a final test of coordination on fatigued legs. The dumbbell work — single-arm C&J and loaded lunges — taxes shoulder and leg stability. Burpees between dumbbell movements maintain heart rate. Expect 25-35 minutes.
