Stimulus
Long, aerobically demanding hero chipper bookended by 800m runs. The middle section layers box jumps, heavy kettlebell swings, and double-unders — three movements that each punish the legs and lungs differently. The final 800m run comes after 300 reps of work and will require an honest assessment of remaining pace. Grip and hip fatigue from the kettlebell swings will make the second run feel very different from the first.
