- Descending ladder couplet with sandbag carry tax after each round. Sustained leg and hip fatigue with aerobic challenge. Target sub-20 minutes. Front squats should be done in large sets early, breaking as needed later. Burpees tax shoulders and breathing. Sandbag carry is active recovery but adds volume.
