Every minute on the minute:
Strict Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up
Ascending ladder: 1 rep in minute 1, 2 reps in minute 2, etc. Continue until failure.
Upon failure, restart at minute 1 with strict chin-over-bar pull-ups.
Upon second failure, restart at minute 1 with kipping chest-to-bar pull-ups.
Continue until final failure.
