Stimulus
A kettlebell-focused endurance piece with double-unders serving as active recovery between each KB movement. Each round cycles through 5 different kettlebell movements with the same bell, testing grip endurance across sumo pulling, overhead stability, snatch power, clean-and-press coordination, and swing hip hinge. Two full rounds means athletes face each movement twice. Grip and shoulder fatigue accumulate significantly — expect forearm pump by round 2. Estimated completion time: 20-35 minutes.
