Stimulus
Partner EMOM that alternates unilateral pulling and bilateral pressing each minute, with a shared double-under break every third minute. The snatch demands shoulder stability and hip power; the strict press demands raw pressing strength. The DU breaks every 3 minutes serve as a brief aerobic flush before the next EMOM cycle. Good pacing and smooth hand-offs are key.
