- Race the clock to finish 100 KB swings while burpees accumulate every minute. The penalty structure creates urgency — slower pace means more burpees which means even slower pace. At a heavy KB weight, grip and hip extension fatigue fast. The optimal strategy is large unbroken sets early before the burpee tax compounds.
