Stimulus
The weight vest transforms three familiar bodyweight movements into a grinding 20-minute effort. Air squats accumulate quickly under the extra load, while toes-to-bars become significantly harder with the vest pulling on the shoulders. Burpees in a vest are a constant drag on pace. Each round takes roughly 2-3 minutes, so expect 7-10 rounds. Leg endurance and midline capacity are the limiting factors.
