Stimulus
The Fran structure with significantly heavier loads — 135/95 lb thrusters (the Clean & Jerk weight) paired with weighted pull-ups. The reduced rep scheme (15-12-9 vs 21-15-9) is intentional: these loads cannot be cycled at the same pace. Thrusters will come down from the rack, not the hang. Pull-up weight changes the kip mechanics. Sub-10 minutes is the target for elite athletes; most advanced athletes will take 8-15 minutes.
