Workout Details

Stimulus
Long grinder with a repeating base of running, wall balls, and KB swings, but each round ends with a different 38-rep finisher that changes the character of the round. The pull-up round and burpee round are the spikes in difficulty. Total work is 2,000 m of running, 100 wall balls, 70 KB swings, and 190 reps of varied bodyweight. Sustained output over 35-40 minutes.
