Stimulus
The Grinder (CrossFit Operations Order #9) team barbell chipper. Deadlifts shift from high volume to low while push presses do the inverse — thrusters stay fixed at 15 each round. Total reps per round are identical at 45 but the balance shifts from hip-dominant pulling to overhead pressing. Team of 4 divides reps however they choose — each round demands coordination and communication.
