- Stimulus
- A grueling two-round couplet built around the rowing machine and heavy deadlifts. Each 2000-m row demands 7–10 minutes of sustained aerobic output before the athlete steps off and immediately pulls 20 heavy deadlifts. The posterior chain takes double punishment — loaded in the row and then maximally challenged on the deadlift. The second round is the real test of mental fortitude. Expect 25–35 minutes at Rx.
