Brutal hero chipper alternating between progressively lighter barbell lifts and burpee box jumps. The back squats at 275 lb are the heaviest challenge — loading each set of 10 reps will require significant strength-endurance. Burpee box jumps serve as active transitions between barbells but accumulate a heavy aerobic debt. The weight decreases through each barbell movement, but the fatigue compounds.
