Stimulus
Classic benchmark mashup combining Fran (thrusters and pull-ups), Elizabeth (squat cleans and ring dips), and Diane (deadlifts and handstand push-ups) in a single descending chipper. Each pair increases in barbell load as rep count drops: the Fran couplet at 21 reps, the Elizabeth couplet at 135/95 lb for 15 reps, and the Diane pair at 225/155 lb for 9 reps. Shoulders and pulling muscles are hammered throughout. Athletes with all three skills should expect 12-20 minutes.
