Stimulus
Short, pressing-dominant couplet that isolates the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Bench press at 60% bodyweight is moderate but becomes taxing when paired with dips over 3 rounds. The 60 total pressing reps accumulate quickly. This is a fast workout where transitions matter and upper-body muscular endurance is the primary limiter. Expect to finish in 5-10 minutes.
