Stimulus
Heavy descending triplet hero WOD. Thrusters at 135/95 lb are heavier than Fran, making each set physically demanding from the start. Burpees add cardiovascular stress between barbell and pull-up sets. The 9-rep round provides relief but shoulders and grip are already taxed. Should take 10-16 minutes for most athletes at Rx.
