Workout Details

Stimulus
High-volume descending chipper with forced rest. Each round should take 6-10 minutes. First round will be grip-intensive, testing pull-up stamina and barbell cycling under fatigue. Moderate barbell loading allows for quick singles or small touch-and-go sets. Rest periods are mandatory recovery before attacking the next descending round.
