Stimulus
High-intensity interval workout with 2-minute active recovery. Each round should be a near-maximal sprint effort of 3-4 minutes. Focus on explosive power and maintaining quality movement under fatigue. Double-unders and box jumps tax the calves heavily before the shuttle sprint.
