- Heavy barbell cycling triplet with a running buy-out. Target 12-18 minute finish. Athletes should maintain unbroken sets on the deadlifts early, break cleans and jerks into manageable chunks. The lighter loading than classic DT (155/105 lb) allows faster transitions and aggressive pacing on the run.
