Stimulus
Heavy deadlift/high-skill gymnastics couplet. High lactate tolerance required. Target sub-10 minutes with 2-3 minute rounds getting faster as reps decrease. Deadlifts should be unbroken or quick singles. Burpee pull-ups will be the limiter.
