Alternate rounds with partner. Solo: rest 1 minute after each round.

Stimulus
Heavy back squat strength ladder followed by high-skill partner couplet. The legless rope climbs and burpee volume demand significant upper body endurance and gymnastic capacity. Partner format allows for maximal effort on each round with built-in rest.
