- Isometric push-up endurance challenge synchronized to the song "Flower" by Moby (also known as "Green Sally Up"). Athletes hold either the top or bottom of the push-up for each lyric cue over approximately 3:30. The bottom hold is the limiting factor — core, chest, and shoulder fatigue accumulates rapidly. Most athletes fail well before the song ends.
