5:00-10:00: 5 thrusters (95/65 lb)

10:00-15:00: 5 thrusters (115/75 lb)

15:00-20:00: 5 thrusters (135/95 lb)

20:00-25:00: 5 thrusters (155/105 lb)

Continue adding 20/10 lb every 5 minutes until unable to complete 5 reps within the minute.

Stimulus
Ascending thruster EMOM testing lactate threshold and mental toughness. Weight increases every 5 minutes until failure. Expect 15-20 minutes for most athletes.
