Mixed-modal endurance test with rotating stations. Each station should allow 10-20 seconds rest. Run should be sub-60 seconds, sled work sub-30 seconds, bar muscle-ups sub-30 seconds. Maintains moderate-high intensity throughout 30 minutes.
