Bookended by two weighted 400-m runs, the core of this workout is 10 rounds of three movements at 10 reps each — 300 total reps of push, pull, and jump. The kettlebell swings at 24 kg are moderate but relentless across 100 reps. Box jumps require attention even as fatigue mounts. Push-ups will start breaking down after round 5 or 6. The final weighted run on exhausted legs is where mental toughness counts most.
