Stimulus
23-minute EMOM that tests sustained strength-endurance with a moderate deadlift and strict pulling. The deadlift weight is manageable early but accumulated volume (69 reps) and grip fatigue compound over the back half. Strict pull-ups (115 total) become the limiter for most athletes. Each minute should take 30-40 seconds, leaving just enough rest to recover.
