- Descending-count hero chipper. Opens with 150 double-unders for cardio and calf endurance, then 100 sit-ups to smoke the core before 50 thrusters at a moderate load. The 25 burpees are the final sprint when everything is already fatigued. Each section tests a different energy system and muscle group. Expect 15-22 minutes at Rx.
