Cycling triplet AMRAP that tests gymnastic endurance and lower-body capacity. The pull-up substitution for pistols makes this more pulling-dominant than the original Mary but equally shoulder-intensive. Athletes with strong gymnastics should target 10+ rounds. The HSPUs will degrade first — manage shoulder fatigue to sustain pull-up quality.
