Workout Details

Stimulus
Heavy descending thruster-and-double-under couplet. The 135/95 lb thrusters are demanding at any rep count — the set of 10 at the start is the crucible. Double-unders provide brief but active recovery before stepping back under the bar. The descending reps create a light-at-the-end-of-the-tunnel effect in the final rounds.
