Stimulus
Twice the volume of Grace at the same weight. What starts as a sprint becomes a grinding strength endurance test. Pacing and cycling efficiency matter more than raw speed — athletes who blow out in the first 20 reps will pay dearly. The final 20 reps will separate those with good barbell cycling mechanics from those without.
