Complete as many rounds as possible of:

15kettlebell swings (53/35 lb)10burpees5ground-to-overheads (95/65 lb)

Continue until 150 wall ball shots are completed

While one partner completes a 15/10/5 round, the other accumulates max Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb to 10/9-ft target). Partners rotate each round. Once team reaches 150 total wall balls, both continue AMRAP of 15/10/5 rounds with one working at a time.

TrainWaco memorial partner AMRAP with a structured partner carry buy-in. Phase 1 uses a partner rotation mechanic — one athlete completes a round of swings/burpees/G2O while the other accumulates wall balls toward a 150-rep team target. Phase 2 continues with simple one-works-one-rests rounds for max score. A well-balanced team will finish the wall ball target quickly and have ample AMRAP time.
