Stimulus
Descending triplet with lunges as active rest between each movement. The 6 lunges between each exercise keep the hips loaded and prevent true recovery, making this a continuous lower-body effort. Burpees and box jumps stack on quad and hip fatigue, while the kettlebell swings add a posterior chain hinge demand. The lunge penalty grows relative in difficulty as legs accumulate fatigue across the descending rep scheme. Expect 18-25 minutes.
