- Stimulus
- Ascending-rep AMRAP with a barbell couplet. Early rounds are fast; by the 5th or 6th round the reps-per-round (15, 18) start to accumulate quickly. Front squats at 135 lb require cycling ability, while toes-to-bar demand a strong midline. Athletes will slow down significantly in the second half — the goal is to push as far up the ladder as possible before the buzzer.
