- Heavy barbell triplet using a single load across three increasingly technical movements. Deadlifts prime the posterior chain, OHS demand shoulder stability and thoracic extension under load, and hang power snatches require explosive hip drive. The descending rep scheme within each round (12-9-6) keeps the most demanding movement at the lowest volume.
